Plant-O-Rama, in its 16th year, is co sponsored by the Metro Hort Group (MHG) and the BBG. The MHG is a professional organization whose members, including HT’s from New Jersey and New York, are active in the worlds of public and private horticulture. Today, the health promoting benefits of horticulture are widely recognized. Horticultural therapist are working bringing programs and activities for children through seniors in arboreta, hospitals, schools, group homes, sheltered workshops, assisted living centers and retirement communities.
